Delete your chiptoy account
chiptoy, by sskplay · https://chiptoy.com and the chiptoy apps for Android and iOS
Delete your whole account
- Open chiptoy (the app or https://chiptoy.com) and sign in.
- Go to Me (the bottom tab).
- Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.
Everything is deleted at once, with no waiting period:
- your account record (user ID, email address, name) and your sign-in;
- every game you made, with all its versions, source files, pictures, ROMs, screen captures and work log;
- all save data for your games (yours and other players'), and your saves in other people's shared games;
- your developer performance-test report, if you ran the dev device benchmark;
- your AI connections (OAuth grants, connection codes and tokens) and their usage records;
- your chiptoy Pro subscription records and download records;
- your creator blocks, linked game reports and sharing restrictions.
A chiptoy Pro subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store: cancel it there (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or your Apple ID → Subscriptions), since deleting the account does not stop the store's billing.
Nothing is kept afterwards. Our hosting provider's access logs (IP address, time) expire on their own within weeks. Feedback you sent through the feedback form is kept as a record unless you ask us to delete it.
Delete some of your data, keep the account
- A game: open it, go to Settings, tap Delete game. Its versions, files, captures and everyone's saves go with it.
- A game's save data: open the game and tap Reset data under the player.
- Stop sharing a game: in the game's Settings, set sharing to Private.
- An AI connection: in Me, tap Disconnect next to it.
